- I am not a conspiracy nutball, but it would be a good cover up of a large scale theft of an apparently, extremely explosive substance. But, it is most likely due to greed and someone not wanting to spend the extra money on keeping up to date with safety regulations.

- The debt ceiling has been raised 76 times since 1962. Almost all of these times were out of the public eye and only become an issue when a politician uses it to stir up controversy. FYI Reagan's administration raised it 18 times, George W. Bush 7 times and Obama is on 4.
